Side Plaits are a perfect daytime hairstyle for cycling which fits nicely underneath your helmet and can also be turned into a neat up-do by securing the plaits round the top of your head. Follow these simple steps and try it out for yourself!

Steps

1. Part the hair into two pieces.
2. Plait the left side of the hair and secure with a hairband.
3. Plait the right side of the hair and secure with a hairband.
4. Spray.
5. Additionally, you can also secure each plait to the top of your head with bobby pins for more of an evening look.
