Never fear going unseen on the roads again in this, Ben Wilson’s neon bubble recumbent bike Artikcar. The East London-based designer created the pedal-powered vehicle, inspired by a child’s wooden toy car, in response to a commission to make a mobile piece of art. Made from steel tubing, bright neon lighting illuminates its profile and achieves that rare thing, of making a recumbent bike look very very cool.
