If you are partial to pizza, pasta and gelato oh and of course sweat inducing climbs, then this is the race for you! The climb from Milan to the 591m Passo del Turchino may be gruelling but it will reward you with the most incredible view of the Med below before you drop into San Remo on the Italian Riviera. At the end of the 290km race, buses will take you back to Milan for some well-deserved indulgence.
