The Sportful Bodyfit Pro Bib Short has just landed on our desk and it has certainly caught our eye. From the get go, this high-end short appears to provide comfort, a good fit and most importantly a good chamois.

Here are our first impressions:

• The bib straps have raw cut edges, so they lay totally flat next to the skin. While this makes the short look slightly unfinished it feels really nice.
• The leg gripper is made from a soft mesh as opposed to silicone. While this feels super soft and looks very comfortable we are intrigued to see how it will perform.
  
• The short features a compression fabric to aid muscle support.
• We like the look of the chamois. The manufacturers claim that the Inifinity Lady seatpad features progressive damping with softer foam on the top surface, medium foam in the middle and in the most important sitting area, a special 4mm layer of Poron® that gives shock absorbing and is lightweight, breathable and avoids heat build-up.
