We’re desperate to get this Snow Cat jacket from Ana Nichoola on. Despite its heavyweight winter cycling credentials it feels lighter than air, and looks sensational.

From the high popper-fastening neck to the dropped rear hem and grip all around the bottom, every inch of this jacket is thoughtfully designed. The panelling is cut to flatter the female figure and there is reflective piping aplenty at key points.

Two deep pockets at the back, a small pump pocket, and a zip pocket at the front offer plenty of room for all your bits and pieces without compromising the line and style of the jacket.

The fleecy lining looks warm and inviting without being cloying, and the wind-block fabric across the chest and arms is contrasted with fleece polyester for areas that need to breathe. This leads me to hope this jacket will keep me snug but dry. There is nothing worse than a weatherproof jacket that leaves you so soaked in sweat you’d have stayed drier not wearing it.

A couple of strategically placed AnaNichoola hoops add a bit of colour and an exclusive feel – anybody in the know will know who designed this jacket straight off.
