Inspired by the 2012 Olympic Road Race, this ride covers 86 miles and tots up 6,187 feet whilst exploring some of the most picturesque roads Surrey has to offer.
You’ll ride out from the city through Richmond Park, through Ockham and Clandon – lovely pretty villages just outside of Guildford – and climb over Leith Hill, Coldharbour and Box Hill before a super flat run in, returning via Headley, Epsom and Kingston.
Coffee at the National Trust cafe atop Box Hill is mandatory, before the thrilling descents and tempo pedal back along the flatter roads to home – check it out here.
