13-28 September 2014, Isle of Wight
The Isle of Wight may is the perfect location for a cycling festival, with over half the island designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
After entering the ‘Hills Killer’ mountain bike orienteering endurance challenge or 70 mile endurance road ride race at the Isle of Wight Cycling Festival, you can jump off the bike and spend the afternoon scoffing popcorn in their pedal powered cycling cinema.
And if you’re up for the test, you and your party can enter the Wightlink Wight Challenge, a 19 mile MTB ride, followed by a two mile open canoe race and ending on an eight mile running challenge.
Does that sound like enough to keep you on your toes? With over 60 rides varying in pace and difficulty in the programme, you will be spoilt for choice.
