This is a 45 mile route which incorporates rolling farmland, wooded valleys and lively fishing villages .
There are shorter options available, and most rides cover rough ground suitable for hybrid and mountain bikes.
The long route heads South from Truro, onto quiet roads, past National Trust gardens at Trelissick before crossing the River Fal, joining the picturesque Roseland Peninsula.

The trail detours inland, before looping out to traditional Cornish fishing village, Mevagissey, and passing the absolutely stunning Botanical ‘Lost Gardens of Heligan’.
Heading North, country lanes skirt out to pass the millenium funded Eden Project, routing along minor roads before crossing the A30 via the purpose built ‘Millennial Bridge’ and popping out in Bodmin. By this point you’ll definitely have earned a drink!
