With a choice of cycling trails, Haldon Forest has plenty to offer keen cyclists of all ages. For families the one and a half mile easy Discovery Trail and the slightly more difficult seven and a half mile Challenge Trail are must dos. Children’s play parks, old forts, BBQ spots and picnic areas can be found tucked away along the trails allowing you to break up the routes with a spot of lunch or a quick go on the swings. Bikes can be hired from the Forest Cycle Hire and cycle trails begin at Haldon Gateway.
