It was another great day at the Aviva Women’s Tour despite the blanket of rain that covered the finish line at Stevenage. The riders commented on the challenging conditions that led to another nail biting sprint to cross the finish line in first place. Lisa Brennauer however pipped her competitors to the post and walked away with not only the stage win but the coveted yellow jersey too.
