Start: High Street, Marlow
Finish: Leighton Buzzard, Hemel Hempstead
Distance: 102km / 64 miles
The final stage of the 2015 Aviva Women’s Tour has been regarded as the toughest since day one. Not only will the riders be feeling the biting fatigue of four days riding, but the route features tougher climbs than any other stage and some long, technical descents along the roads from Marlow to Hemel Hempstead.
With the General Classification close, and only eleven seconds between the top four riders, the overall winner is far from decided. The bunch is very likely to split along the route, with struggling riders losing contact with the peloton from the opening miles.
