There’s no hiding the fact that I like Aldi. For an affordable supermarket to have us eagerly awaiting their annual cycling collections, that’s pretty good going!
For me, Aldi is often like a mystery box. I go there to get my groceries, but spend more time magpie-ing my way through the “other” aisles. Some visits won’t result in very much, and other trips will have my trolly full of their seasonal surprises.
A couple years back, Aldi first introduced active wear with the ad hoc piece of cycle specific garment here and there. Today, the supermarket brand has developed a niche army of cyclists who follow their pedalling updates for new kit and competitions.

With this, Aldi have go on to sponsor stage events such as the Aviva Women’s Tour, and even cater to off-road cyclists with road and dirt collections. So without further adieu, Aldi have released their new cycling and pro cycling collections for commuters and road riders.
