SealSkinz Launch their Lightest MTB Glove Yet

The Dragon Eye MTB Ultralite gloves offer durability, close fit and great protection

Anyone who shreds the trails, especially in the UK, will have heard of SealSkinz. Famed for their innovative and truly pedal saving technology, their waterproof socks have become a staple in many wardrobes.

Since the launch of its first waterproof sock in 1998, SealSkinz has continued to push the boundaries of comfort, protection and performance for outdoor enthusiasts. We were pretty impressed by their summer mountain bike range last year, but it seems as though the wizards of protection have further improved the design: The Dragon Eye MTB Ultralite.

Despite weighing in at a mere 18g (size large), the Dragon Eye MTB Ultralite is set to be a real heavyweight in the mountain bike world this year.

Although this is a single layer glove, it is constructed from multiple fabrics. Stretch mesh has been used on the back of the glove, which ensures a close yet breathable fit which provides ample flexibility. The extended thumb crotch adds to the overall freedom of movement. The palm is made from an incredibly thin yet highly durable, vented synthetic suede for improved feel and control which is enhanced by the use of a silicone grip on both the index finger and thumb for increased control when braking.

Colours: Olive Green/Brown/Orange & Black/Grey

The Dragon Eye MTB Ultralite glove are available here for £30.
