Have you got plans for the 27th April? If not, why not join the Ladies Trail Takeover at the Afan trail centre.
Whether you’ve never ridden there and always fancied it, or know it like the back of your hand, this social ride is perfect for riders of all abilities. The aim of the game is to explore the area, and have some fun! It’s also the perfect time to encourage that friend who’s been talking about trying some mountain biking to give it a go.
“All female riders welcome – from experienced racers to friends on a borrowed MTB – rock up and lets roll!”
There will be two rides going out. The first will take you up on Y Wal (one of our favorite trails!) before dropping you back to Afan Lodge for lunchtime. In the afternoon, it will be either Blue Scar or Penhydd (more swoopy, bermy fun) then tea and cake time.
