Top Tips for the London-Brighton Cycle
Beginning at Brighton Pier, you’ll ride along the bumpy coast to Newhaven where the views of the sea to your left are a constant presence.
Along the way, you’ll pass through Rottingdean and the Brighton Marina – a great place to stop of for a coffee or an iced delight.
At Newhaven, you meet the harbour, before headling inland along the Cuckmere river, through the South Downs, before joining the Cuckoo trail which leads to Eastbourne Park.
The route eventually pops out before Eastbourne train station. If you’d rather ride out and back, you can turn round and retrace your ride at any point.
