Cycle around the northern most part of Sherwood Forest in Clumber Park. Bikes are available to hire there and the flat ground make it an enjoyable ride for all. Choose to pedal through Europe’s largest lime tree avenue, discover exotic plants in the Pleasure Ground or get your binoculars out at the lake to spot some of the 200 species of bird that reside there. This route can be completed as a family day trip or incorporated into a longer ride to take in more of Nottinghamshire’s beauty.
