The humble stir fry – as simple as shallow frying your chicken or salmon in a little olive oil (well known for it’s health benefits) and throwing in a handfull of mixed vegetables.
You can then add some pre-cooked rice, or noodles – which usually take around two minutes, and you’re sorted, or you can just throw it all onto a bed of salad.
