If you’re looking to cut back on carbs then courgetti is a great way to replicate the filling feel of pasta, and you can load it up with prawns for your protein source.
You can have your corgetti raw or cooked – it’s best made with a spiralizer, but you can also use a vegetable peeler (though it takes a bit longer). Add tomatoes, high in potassium, which is a natural electrolyte, and protein packed prawns and you’re good to go.
