So you reallllly don’t have time to cook a full meal?
A protein smoothie is a last ditch option that’s really best used just from time to time, when you know you’ve eaten plenty during the day, and just want something super quick to down before hitting the pillow.
Our favourite recipe uses frozen berries, vanilla yoghurt (which could improve your mental well-being AND your digestive health), banana, fruit juice and whey protein powder.
