Tuna & Tomato Cous Cous
John West totally stole my favourite post ride meal when they brought out their ‘infusions’ (shame they provide such teeny tiny potions!) – but I promise I’ve been munching tuna-tomato-cous-cous down for longer.
This one is simple – boil water, pour it over cous-cous. Whilst the cous-cous takes on its fluffy shape, you can get on with opening your can of tuna, and chopping some vegetables. Mix it all together with a some chopped tomatos (or ketchup…) and you’ve got a nutritious meal that took around five minutes.
