One of the prettiest e-bikes on the market, the Kensington from UK-based manufacturer Volt is new for 2014. For an electric bike, it’s a not too hefty 21.5kg and will assist you for up to about 55 miles on one charge of the energy-efficient lithium polymer battery. As with most e-bikes around this price range, the motor is a very reliable 250W brushless number manufactured by Chinese firm Bafang. Volt promises it’s as quiet as a mouse (or at least ‘near silent’)!
