The saddle is THE most important element in overall bike fit. This might seem like a bold statement, but even expert bike fitters have come around to this idea. You can have everything else in your fit dialed, but if your saddle isn’t right, it can negate the benefit of having the other contact points on your bike set up exactly as you need them.

And finding the perfect saddle is a task that should not be underestimated. For many, saddles can be a torture device, causing pain and in the worst case scenario, removing some of the joy of riding.
