Although CCSD Women’s Road Cycling Training Camps are short in length at just two or four days, they are a great way to improve fitness, confidence and technique before embarking on a longer Californian ride. You will cycle between 35 and 70 miles a day depending on your level and will be coached on how best to climb, descend and corner as well as receiving invaluable advice and guidance on nutrition whilst in training for events.
