Where: York Sport Village – Lakeside Way, Heslington, YO10 5FG

What: York’s outdoor velodrome is a 250m Olympic-sized track with 30 degree banking at each end. They run activities from April-October, providing something for most ages and abilities.

Accreditation is required for more advanced sessions, and this is a four stage process. You can repeat as many stages as you like, Stage 1 is £10, Stage 2 is £10 also and stage 3 is £15 – there are also discounts for concessions. They also run women’s sessions from time to time which will appear on the site and here.
