A cyclist from Virginia has taken to Strava to express his thanks to Barack Obama for the work he did during his time in office.
Chris Jones rode his bike near Washington, drawing some slightly woobly lines with his route as a ‘Thank You’ for eight years of hard slog from the former US President.
Before zooming out, the actual route does look a little bit less pristine – but Jones has called his ride ‘Thanks Obama’ – so his intentions on the 19.3km ride were pretty clear.
The ride was posted on Thursday 19 – the last day that Obama spent in office before Trump took over.
President Trump’s inauguration was greeted by protests from women and men all over the world – including London where over 100,000 marched in protest of Trump, and sexism.
