Hot on the heels of taking over the fashion reins of Team Sky, Rapha has announced the Rapha 100: 100 women will be riding the Etape du Tour in 2013 clad in Rapha kit and presumably looking rather stylish as they sweat.

The company is inviting women around the globe to participate in this drive to raise the profile of women’s road riding with a series of events aimed at getting women psyched at riding 100 miles or more.

While the ‘Rapha 100’ moniker does sound a bit like something you’d find at a Playboy mansion made of spokes, here’s hoping a ton of chicks get involved.
