Rapha’s Liberty collection is back. The brand have collaborated with the famous London department store once again to provide quality cycling gear with a bold and beautiful pattern.
The Rapha + Liberty Spring/Summer 2016 collection – the second of two collaborations – features a 1970s Liberty favourite, chosen for its bold style and movement. The pattern was selected from an archive of over 40,000 Liberty Art Fabrics and is printed onto items from the Souplesse collection.
Souplesse gear is designed for training and racing, and the collection includes a Souplesse Jersey, Souplesse Base Layer, Souplesse Bib Shorts, Silk Scarf and Cap.
Alongside all of this, Rapha saw fit to have a frame designed by award winning frame builder Tom Donhou custom painted to celebrate the collaboration. The Rapha + Liberty painted bike will be displayed at the Rapha Cycle Club in Soho and will also be available to buy directly from Tom at donhoubicycles.com.
The key items in the range are the jersey (£125) and bibs (£175), but we do love how the designers have created a matching base layer (£45) to go with the cap (£35) and of course the coordinated silk scarf (£60) which we’re more likely to wear off the bike.
The collection is available here, and we’ve got a gallery below so you can start making your selections…
