Seriously?
McDonald’s have been running a new campaign #ImLovinIt24 which has seen them trial out new (and very random) ideas in their fast food chains for 24 hours, in 24 cities around the world. And in Copenhagen, the city of cycling, they decided to build a bike drive-thru for cyclists, named the McBike.
We are completely baffled.
They gave their food out in bike-friendly boxes which you can hang easily from your handlebars. And instead of pushing a button to order your food with, they used bike bells.
Although the concept is quite interesting, one of the main reasons cyclists ride bikes is to stay active and healthy, right? Cycling and fast food aren’t a match made in heaven, sorry McDonald’s, it was a nice try.
