Get your calenders at the ready, it’s time to start planning your race watching and participating for next year as the dates and locations of the 2015 Enduro World Series have just been released!
The race series that has taken the world of mountain biking by storm has revealed a calender that combines some of the classic locations plus some brand new and very exciting ones! With events in Ireland and Spain joining the lineup, there are even more opportunities to get involved, as the series expands to 8 rounds.
“It’s a real pleasure to announce our 2015 calender and our third year of international enduro racing.
Working once again with Tweedlove, Crankworx Whistler and Superenduro Finale Ligure is a real pleasure, but adding five new venus is also eye-wateringly exciting. From the heartlands of mountain biking and backcountry big mountains of Crested Butte, USA, to our first visit to New Zealand, with Rotorua, to ancient, beautiful trails in Zona Zero, Spain, the high alps of Samoens, France and of course the rolling perfection of Ireland’s County Wicklow, we really will sample the world’s best trails with the world’s best riding communities. I can’t wait for 2015 to begin!”
Chris Ball, Enduro World Series Managing Director
One of the elements we love about the Enduro World Series is that it’s not just for the pros. Every event has a percentage of entries that are open to everyone, and with entries opening in January you’ve got plenty of time to get your winter training plan together.
And the other element we love is the fact that these events really celebrate the community spirit of mountain biking. So, like with Tweedlove this year, these events will have plenty of fun to be had for spectators too.
