UK based women’s MTB clothing company, Flare, has announced their 2016 race team with a new face to look out for.
Launched back in 2013, Flare Clothing has brightened up with women’s mountain bike industry with brilliant colour-ways, style and functional riding apparel.
Founded by Hannah Myers, an avid rider herself, she set out to provide apparel, support and “Flare” to the MTB scene.
Having supported riders from the grass-roots and up, Flare is really pushing out into the global race scene this years with its new female rider, Meg Bichard.
Born in the UK, and living in New Zealand, Meg is the latest addition to the Flare family. She’ll be competing in a number of Enduro World Series rounds as well as several multi day enduro events: Trans Savoie, Trans Cascadia and Trans BC to name but a few.
“Joining Flare for 2016 means I’ll not only be comfortable when racing, but also looking great at the same time. Flare have got a wonderfully relaxed and down to earth approach, something I feel really happy to be a part of’’ Meg Bichard, Flare Team Rider
Whilst Flare Clothing moves into the global race scene, supporting riders like Meg, they are set to launch their new line of women’s MTB kit later this summer. After a sneak peak, we’re sure you’re going to love it!
