Mountain bike training camps, coaching and women’s specific events are geared towards encouraging more women to ride.
At Total Women’s Cycling, we don’t just focus on the bikes, the kit and the skills, but we’re dedicated to improving your cycling performance and fitness through lifestyle and training too.
In order to achieve your best on the bike, you need to take care of yourself through a well balanced diet, and careful training, stretching and healthy well-being.
Traditionally, coaching and training camps offer expert advice on bike skills, riding and general set-up. However, a new MTB Retreat event is being hosted by Pure Body Balance which aims to cover so much more.
Pure Body Balance is ran by a Karen Maidment and Adrian Stokes who are driven to promote a fitness, well-being and nutrition through a varieties of therapies and products.
Having success with their training and nutrition plans amongst professional athletes, the husband and wife duo have teamed up with World 4X Champion, and Elite downhill racer, Katy Curd to host the first MTB retreat.
