7 of the Most fun Cycling Events this Summer

If you are more of a spectator than partaker then be sure to head along to one of these exciting events.

5th-7th July, 2014, various locations: Leeds, Sheffield, Cambridge, London.

Brace yourself for this year’s Tour De France Grand Depart, and witness world class riders such as Chris Froome who will attempt to repeat his spectacular 2013 win.

The race will be venturing to the north of England for the first two stages taking riders through the Yorkshire Dales all the way to London for the final round.

The Grand Départ Spectator Hubs at Scott Hall Road in Leeds, will be a hive of activity on day one of the race, with room for 10,000 plus spectators while London itself promises to be quite the spectacle with a number of famous landmarks turning yellow in honour of the big event.
