Due to Hong Kong’s diverse topography, this city is any mountain biker’s idea of paradise. Rocky descents and endless snaking single tracks make up huge parts of most of the trails on offer.

One of the most popular rides in the country is the Chi Ma Wan trail on the south side of Lantau Island. It’s got a killer climb at the start but you’re soon rewarded with coastal views and shaded woods as you tackle the technical features that make mountain biking addictive.
