Rochelle Gilmore has achieved a lot since her retirement from professional cycling. In addition to setting up two women’s cycling teams, she has commentated at road races around the globe and worked tirelessly to try and improve women’s professional cycling.

Rochelle has proved how commercial awareness and a lot of hard graft can contribute to a sustainable business model within the sport. She is currently working on a model with the UCI that can be rolled out to various stakeholders within the sport in a bid to improve the sport for the long term.
