Experience the picturesque views that inspired Beatrix Potter whilst cycling along the family friendly ten mile Claife Heights mountain bike route. The trail starts at the side of Lake Windermere and heads up into the woodland and along a track to Wray Castle and St Margaret’s Church before looping back round to the lake.
Despite its length this route is fairly easy and can be completed by cyclists of all ages without too much previous experience.
