Earlier this month we gave you the chance to win a Revolution Courier Race Disc commuter bike from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op – and now we can reveal who the lucky winner is. 

We posed the question ‘What’s the best thing about cycling in the summer?’ We were inundated with responses, so we’re going to share the answers with you to get you inspired to cycle in the remaining summer rays, but in the mean time, the lucky winner is… (scroll down!)

The winner of Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op’s own brand Revolution Courier Disc Race Women’s bike is,

“For me, cycling in the summer provides the perfect chance for our whole family to get out together, explore and most of all have fun! We cycle at every opportunity possible. My youngest has just got his first bike this year and he rides it everywhere he can, he absolutely loves it!

I still have his kids bike seat attached on my bike so we can all enjoy long rides together at a slightly faster pace! It’s all about heading off and finding new places, feeling the wind on your face experiencing life first hand! I genuinely believe our little family of all ages (4,8,32 and 51) is closer, happier and fitter thanks to our love and appreciation of cycling.”
