Proviz Launch 360 Reflective Helmet

The reflective experts launch their new cycling helmet, for ultra visibility

Proviz secured their place in the cycling market by developing stylish reflective clothing that really stands out. Following success with their PixElite and Switch jackets, the reflective gurus have launched the 360 cycling helmet.

Wherever you’re cycling, it’s important to remain seen and heard. Without going so far as to light yourself up like a Christmas tree, the more visible you are for drivers and pedestrians, the better. The season of bike lights and dark mornings is upon us, and while we can use lights to guide us and help us remain seen, reflective clothing is an additional aid that can help keep us safer on the roads.

We’re hot on cycle safety at TWC, so before bike lights and bells even enter our minds, the helmet comes first. So we were pretty excited to learn of the new reflective helmet coming from Proviz.

The REFLECT360 Helmet uses the KSTAR reflective system, which embeds reflective particles into the mircoshell covering the helmet. The reflective particles are protected by a clear outer casing to help prevent scratches and potential degrading from regular helmet use. These particles give the helmet a pearl grey colour during daylight conditions, but turn a brilliant white when light is shone directly on to them.

The helmet is also equipped with the Quicksafe headring with LED lights. The system features a 360° head ring, which allows the height and circumference to be pre-set, meaning that it can be quickly and easily adjusted to allow for the perfect fit and maximum comfort.

Sizes: Medium (52cm – 58cm) / Large (55cm – 63cm)

Available here for £80

The Proviz REFLECT360 helmet is a great design that encompasses safety on the roads. It’s day-time grey/black colour-way makes it subtle and easy to wear with almost anything, while the night-time reflection is powerful enough to keep you visible.

Reasonably priced for £80, we think the innovative technology that has gone into this piece is worth every penny.
