Even if you’ve never acknowledged a desire to put your feet down on a climb, the knowledge that it’s now harder to do so can be a worry.
If it’s really sticking in your mind – just try it. Unclipping on a hill is perfectly possible, you just need to keep the movement smooth.
Starting again can be a bit of a pain though – you need to push hard with your clipped in foot to get enough momentum to clip in. Failing this, find somewhere a little flatter!
