The LifeLine professional pump is a slick looking machine. With a polished silver finish and wide, comfortable wooden handle, it certainly looks the part!

More important though are the technical features. The pump has a dual purpose valve which fits both presta and schraeder valves, there is also a release button to discard excess pressure. The display is large and clear making it easy to get your pressure just right.

From a practical perspective the pump is easy to use. Little features such as rubber on the bottom on the pump to stop it from slipping on polished floors, wide spaced feet for stable use and a hose clip for easy storage make this pump a winner overall.

PROS:

This pump looks the part, inflates tyres quickly and is nice and stable when in use.

CONS:

The cam lever was a little unpredictable and very springy… I managed to give myself a nasty bruise on my thumbnail from unclipping the pump – OUCH!
