British cycle clothing brand, Vulpine, have launched their new Indian Summer collection of luxury bike wear for the fashion concious and cycle driven.
Launched in 2012 by cycle mad Nick Hussey, Vulpine was born with the aim to provide stylish urban wear for commuters and city cyclists who like to look good on and off the bike.
Later in November 2015, Vulpine joined forces with legendary cyclist, Sir Chris Hoy to launch HOY Vulpine performance apparel. Together they raised £1,000,000 in crowdfunding, exceeding their £500,000 target in the first 4 days.
Indian Summer
INDIAN SUMMER:”Late Summer warmth stretches into cool Autumn riding, with cold starts and changeable conditions. These garments are lightweight, multi-purpose and comfortable, with classic British style and tailoring.”
For Autumn/Winter, Vulpine are launching collections in four staggered stages, starting with the Indian Summer Collection. Each stage will cater for the different needs urban cyclists face, on the bike or off it. Still to come are:
RAIN CITY: “Rain can stop you arriving in style riding, or worse, stop you riding all together. Bedraggled isn’t in vogue. So Vulpine have created breathable, water resistant cycling outfits that work hard in the wet, so you arrive in style, then are subtle in the office.”
NIGHTFALL: “As the days get shorter, the bike lights come out and night time commuting becomes the norm. We all want to be seen, but until now there has been no stylish, subtle choice of reflective apparel that doesn’t leave you pouring with sweat.”
LUXURY WINTER: “Many cyclists stop riding in Winter, a huge shame. Vulpine have created luxurious, protective garments as at home in an urban bar as they are on the cold city streets. Riding during the winter months can remain fun, comfortable and stylish.”
