Thirty of the best handcyclists will race from Kingston’s Market Place to the Mall in central London on Sunday.
The 15 mile route will feature some of the athletes from Battle Back – a Ministry of Defense initiative that provides injured personnel with opportunities to use sport as part of their rehab.
Riders to look out for will include Josh Boggi, Ben Zissman, Steve Arnold and Chris Hawes, while in the women’s race Jen Browning, who was third in 2014, and Hannah Hunt, who placed fourth last year, will be likely to put on quite a show.
The race starts at 8.30 am, and you can find out more and see the route here.
