Love mountain biking? Love dogs? Love trail dogs? We do! And we totally love this video from Canadian mountain biker Casey Brown, featuring her cute and extremely energetic trail dog Poppy.

Casey has made some brilliant videos before, such as the crazy Death Grip (worth checking out, but don’t try it at home!) but this one does have the additional ‘ahhh!’ factor courtesy of Poppy.
