Both of these herbs have been used since ancient days to treat insomia. There haven’t been an awful lot of studies on the effect they have on humans or the rational behind their use, but many users swear by their effectiveness.
Both come available in tea bags, my personal favourite being Clipper’s Sleep Easy, which combines both herbs with orange and cinammon.
