Winter sun sits low in the sky, sometimes making it hard to see. Can Zerorh+ with their Gotha Team Interchange sunglasses help?
Sport glasses are pretty much needed year round when riding. Low winter sun or high summer sun, it’s guaranteed to get you at some point.
When I first opened the Zerorh+ glasses I thought they looked too small. I don’t have an overly small (or large head) but when I tried them on they did fit perfectly.
The Gotha Team Interchange glasses have a wraparound feature that means they do feel close when wearing. The beauty of this, mixed with non-slip Sportgrip arms, means they sit tight. I went over hills, roads and flats and they just kept their own grip without digging in.
The feel of the glasses is that they are incredibly light, a huge benefit if you’re going to be wearing them for hours. The frame is made from Grilamid titanium, which is stronger and good at resisting shock. The nose piece is made of the same nonslip grip as the legs, and sits comfortably on the bridge of my nose.
The glasses come with interchangeable lenses so depending on the ride, you can just change the lenses to suit. I found the lenses easy to take out and put back too. So it’s a handy little feature. The glasses have photochromic lenses meaning they help protect against the suns harmful rays. Not to mention they stop bits of dirt and bugs flying into your eyes.
VERDICT
These glasses are soft, light and great in the winter sun. They perform incredibly well, while managing to look pretty stylish.
