Wilier Performance Progress Lab (PPL) are offering Total Women’s Cycling readers the chance to win a full testing and analysis session with one of the teams human performance technicians in a tailored one-to-one program.
Wilier PPL feel passionate about making the journey to reaching your cycling goals more attainable, be it with your bike set-up or with your training requirements. They aim to make the tools and services, usually associated with elite teams and professionals, accessible to everybody.

The lucky competition winner will complete a day’s session, at a Wilier PPL lab (locations here) where one of the Wilier PPL experts will analyse your body, test your limits and create a bespoke training plan that is tailored to you.
Test areas include:
Base line tests – weight, height, body composition
Muscular skeletal – focusing on biomechanics, strength, soft tissue and flexibility
Cardiovascular – blood pressure, heart rate, lung function and lactate threshold
Bike specific data – looking at force, torque, pace, efficiency and power
