Twitter never fails to amuse us. Since the beginning of the month, twitter users started a new hash tag trend #ReplaceBikeWithCar. Basically, the idea being to take common things people say about bikes and replace the ‘bike’ with ‘car’.
Social media has some very strong perks in this modern age and here it has done a good job in putting into perspective how cyclists and cycling is often treated, especially in larger urban areas. This trend has interestingly highlighted the tension between car drivers and cyclists, with one clear solution being to share the roads and respect one another.
