Larzio, Italy

Spectacular cycling, calming yoga and fresh Italian fare are order of the day on this one week break. With a guesthouse nestled in the village of Casperia in the Sabina Hills just one hour north of Rome it offers blissful relaxation.
Included in the price are morning yoga sessions, two guided bike rides and bike rental for the duration of your stay so you can come and go as you please. Horse-riding and hill walking are also on offer if you fancy mixing it up a little.
The yoga classes take place in either an ornate studio or on the outdoor deck over looking a stunning vista which is covered with a beautiful canopy.
Yoga and Cycling in Provencal, France

Yoga and Cycling in Tuscany

Tuscany is on almost everybody’s list of places to visit and with good reason. It is stunning. And what better way to explore than by bike.
This soul soothing retreat offers morning yoga sessions in the grounds of Villa Benvenuit, a 17th Century country villa. Set in 28 hectares of parkland, the surroundings are idyllic. Then after a hearty yet healthy breakfast, guided bikes rides are offered to give you a chance to explore the spectacular countryside.

Cycling and Yoga in Laos

Laos offers a feeling of tranquillity like few other places in the world. And even better than that, it offers some pretty stunning cycling routes too. Whether you are zig-zagging across the bridges of Luang Probang or further off the beaten track you won’t be disappointed.

Yoga and Mountain Biking in Portugal
Prices: From €825 pps for 7 nights
Located just outside Lisbon, this package is perfect for mountain bikers who are partial to a bit of yoga and maybe even a spot of surfing too. Sitting on the fringes of the Serra de Sintra Mountain Range, it is a hidden gem for mountain biking.
Although this mountain range measures only 530m at its highest elevation, this area offers trails for all skill levels. Whether you are a recreational cyclist or a serious “mountain goat” – you will find easy trails through beautiful hills and coastline, steep and rocky climbs, as well as technically challenging single track.
In addition to the mountain biking and daily yoga sessions there is also amazing beaches, good surf and the city of Lisbon all on your doorstep.
Mountain Yoga Breaks, Wales
Price: From £265 for two nights.
Mountain Yoga currently has two venues for its yoga and mountain biking breaks – Elan Valley Lodge which is a 5 star activity centre in the heart of the Elan Valley, and slightly more ‘Old Skool’ mountain biking accommodation which is a converted school house just a few minutes from Coed Y Brenin.
The price varies between the venues £265 at Elan Valley and £275 at Old Skool and the price includes full board accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime with packed lunch and plenty of cake, all the food is delicious home cooked and healthy, two days of guided riding, and post ride Yoga throughout the weekend.
Beginners weekends will be available in October and will involve more coaching and skills building as well as riding, while the Elan Valley weekends are all about the big wild rides.
