Edinburgh goes the distance with this festival, that runs from 11-21 June.
Designed to demonstrate that cycling is for EVERYONE, there are all sorts of events – from sporty rides, to tours of the historical city by bike, to cultural plays (and dances – such as the bike ballet, pictured).
There are off-road adventures, kids activities, a very special Women’s Forum meeting, and a ‘commuter challenge’ where cyclists can race cars, trains and buses. Basically -there is everything fun – check out the calendar here.
