The winner of the Vulpine competition is;
Jane Darling
With her unwinding, relaxing Ride & Destination:
Good cycle round the country lanes, up hill and down dale, then a hot shower followed by hot drink sitting by the open fire at home.
Congratulations Jane, we hope you enjoy your new outfit – don’t forget to share a photograph with us in your new cycling attire.
We were inundated with entrants, so we wanted to share a couple more of our readers Ride & Destination favourites. Reading these made us want to close the computer and get out on our bikes!
Brighton cycle. I did this recently with about 8 friends. It was my first long cycle and the sense of accomplishment was unreal. Never mind the well deserved glass of vino and fish and chips on Brighton Pier. Bliss!
– Grace Healy
Campo Imperatore (a high plateau looking like Tibet in the Abruzzo region, Italy) followed by a nice lunch at Rifugio Racollo… and time permitting, a quick nap in a hammock.
– Lizette Pater
Mountain biking… In the mountains followed by a cuppa anywhere with friends.
– Jennifer Purcell
Tour of the Gower with a cheeky half at the King Arthur
– Victoria Stockdale
We loved the variety in the answers, a pleasure to read. We wish we could have posted them all!
Not won this time? Don’t panic, we have plenty of competitions in the pipeline, including a very special series to be launched in December! Watch this space folks…
