Everyday is a school day. And today we learned that high heeled cycling shoes actually exist. As people who spend our days researching commuter style we thought we had seen it all, but evidently not.

We are always delighted to find solutions for everything from chic commuter shoes, to cycle proof make up  and stylish helmets. We have even figured out the most helmet friendly hairstyles! But we feel that clipless cycling high heels might be a step too far?

The discovery was made on Visual News  where an article entitled “Bringing Sexy Back to Cycling: High Heeled Cycling Shoes” caused us to stop in our tracks. High heeled cycling shoes? This one we had not seen before. Now don’t get us wrong, we have done the odd short cycle in heels, needs must and all that, but the idea of said heels clipping in? This we are not so sure about!!
